Tecna range
Line of professional knives with a double-molded handle.

The blades are made from special nitrogen steel NITRO-B (1.4916).

The handle consists of an undeformable inner PP core, firmly molded to the steel tang, and an outer coating in softer SEBS.

The two materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch.

The outer part, gray in color, is also designed with microspheres that improve ergonomics, increasing grip and comfort.

All materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher-safe, resistant to high and low temperatures, and compliant with current hygiene and food safety regulations.
