Alpine precision and high-mountain performance

The Meindl Jorasse GTX is a technical mountaineering boot designed for high-mountain terrain, glacier routes and demanding ascents. Inspired by the needs of professional alpinists, it offers a perfect balance of lightness, stiffness and protection, while ensuring optimal comfort even during long days at altitude.

Main features :

• Upper: Perwanger® leather, highly abrasion-resistant, with rubber reinforcements around the entire perimeter for maximum protection.
• Lining: GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort, waterproof and breathable, adapted to cold and wet conditions.• Insole: Air-Active® specially for mountaineering, cushioning and thermo-regulating.
• Midsole: stiff structure for optimal support when climbing or on hard snow.
• Outsole: Vibram® Alpin Rigid, grippy, precise and compatible with automatic and semi-automatic crampons.
• Lacing: precise and progressive for a secure fit along the entire length of the foot.
• Weight: approx. 950 g per shoe (size 8 UK).
• Recommended use:Technical mountaineering and mixed routes (rock, snow, ice).Glacier ascents and committed via ferrata.High-altitude hikes with heavy packs.
