It is compact and lightweight thanks to its slim rechargeable lithium-ion battery (up to 3 months of battery life). Even with integrated stainless steel contact points (optimized to work on all dog breeds and all coats, whatever their thickness), BarkLimiter Deluxe remains one of the most compact products on the market. In addition, it is sold ready to use, with no adjustment required.
Bark differentiation technology: BarkLimiter Deluxe detects barks only via the vibrations of the dog's throat. This virtually eliminates all correction errors caused by scratching or by other noises such as barking from nearby dogs (for example, in a kennel). In addition, BarkLimiter Deluxe has been designed to recognize qualitative differences between barks. It corrects obsessive or nuisance barking and ignores 'good' barks. This allows the dog to express an injury or a threat without activating the device.
"Automatic Escalation" technology: BarkLimiter Deluxe is set automatically with the "Automatic Escalation" feature enabled from first use. The automatic escalation starts at the lowest correction level and gradually adjusts to a level that stops unwanted barking, then stops increasing.
You can also switch from an automatic setting to a manual setting. The built-in Bark Odometer function allows you to determine the effectiveness of the manual correction level by counting the number of barks during your absence.
Vibration setting: You have the option to set the BarkLimiter Deluxe to correct barking using vibrations as an alternative stimulation.
