The PROTECT LIGHT vest was designed to offer a flexible, lightweight and durable vest model. To achieve this, the Canihunt brand chose to use an outer fabric that is very flexible and light yet resistant. This vest is perfectly suited to small-built dogs or those that have difficulty tolerating a vest.

Composition :
The PROTECT LIGHT vest is made of 3 layers of anti-perforation fabric of the 100% polyethylene type. Indeed, this ultra-technical fabric is used by a large number of civil and military organizations to manufacture anti-assault garments. The vest is made with 3 layers on the rear part of the vest (belly) and 2 layers on the front part of the vest (neck), which helps maintain extreme flexibility and superior maneuverability. This anti-perforation fabric was selected thanks to the numerous perforation tests carried out in the laboratory.

The external covering fabric of the PROTECT LIGHT vest is a CORDURA 600 DTEX with RISTOP structure; it is almost tear-proof and resistant to the most abrasive and aggressive biotopes, while providing dogs with great mobility thanks to its extreme suppleness. This fabric is treated with 2 induction layers, which makes the vest water-repellent and almost waterproof. This also helps protect the anti-perforation fabric from moisture and UV. An ultra-resistant sewing thread was selected to limit its deterioration.

Sizes :
9 different sizes are offered; these sizes are easy to identify since they correspond to the chest girth. Indeed, to determine the correct vest size, simply measure the dog's chest girth. The other dimensions are standardized relative to the chest girth because this measurement is the most important; the neck and belly can be adjusted thanks to the velcro straps.
The chest girth should be measured precisely (flexible tape or string) to know its exact dimension; the measurement should not be too tight and should merely brush the dog's coat.
To choose the right size, if you measure a chest girth between 63 and 67 cm you should take a size 70.
