Although this is a high-top model made of leather, the Forest Hunter High GTX shoes weigh only 780 grams each. Slightly wider than average, they feature a 25 cm high shaft. They have been designed to be roomy at the front of the foot, which makes them very comfortable, but also ideal in cold weather because they provide enough room to wiggle your toes, even with thick insulating socks.

The Forest Hunter High GTX shoes are equipped with a waterproof GORE-TEX MS Advanced membrane made from recycled materials. During its manufacture, each of our membranes is tested in a tank to guarantee its waterproofing. Furthermore, 5 % of the shoes we produce are subjected to a 30 min centrifuge test to ensure that the quality of their membrane is as high as possible.

These shoes combine a nubuck upper and semi-rigid Vibram® quality soles, ensuring good grip on the ground. They also have a shock-absorbing midsole to remain comfortable even during long walks on very rough terrain. These very robust shoes are very flexible at the front of the foot and at the heel, which makes them very pleasant to wear. They are reinforced with very resistant material at the toes and heel, where wear is usually greatest.
