The Reidmar Mid GTX shoes are made of leather but weigh only 640 grams each. With a regular width, they feature a mid-height 20 cm upper. Thanks to the UTURN lacing system, you simply turn the knob to tighten them, then turn it the other way to loosen them. This lacing system is covered by a guarantee: if, against all expectations, the system or the laces were to break, you can have them replaced by one of our authorized dealers.

The Reidmar Mid GTX shoes are fitted with a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During its manufacture, each of our membranes is tested in a tank to ensure its waterproofing. In addition, 5 % of the shoes we produce are subjected to a 30 min centrifuge test to make sure the quality of their membrane is as high as possible.

These shoes combine an oiled nubuck upper and semi-rigid Vibram® Campus quality soles, ensuring good ground grip. They also feature a shock-absorbing midsole to remain comfortable even during long walks in very rough terrain. They are reinforced with a very durable material at the toes and heel, where wear is generally greatest.
