The HICO 4" has a heavy elastic wrap that provides very good compression even when applied with one hand. No need to use a clamp; simply wrap the dressing in an "X" by passing once slightly above, once slightly below.
This dynamic elastic features silicone stripes to ensure optimal hold, including in difficult areas (head, shoulders). At the end of the band, as with all military dressings, you will find a high-strength plastic safety clip to secure the band.
The sealed packaging is easily torn with one hand or with the teeth (if only one hand is available).
