First-responder first aid notebook developed following the attacks that struck France, authorities expressed the need for a solution to cope with a large number of victims (Mass Casualty event). This notebook allows you to follow a logical sequence, to forget nothing, and to save time when transmitting information to arriving medical emergency services. The front side of each form includes an injury assessment to be completed while the back side contains administrative information, a record of interventions performed, and the victim's condition. In a "pocket" format (10x15cm), this notebook will fit into all your trouser pockets and will find its place in all your individual medical kits (IFAK, EDC kit) or collective kits and vehicle or doctor medical bags. Water-resistant, it allows writing in the rain with any pencil, felt-tip pen, or ballpoint pen.
