How the system works:
Effective training requires consistency. The PetSafe anti-bark collar automatically and consistently corrects your dog's excessive barking. When the vibrations of barking trigger the sensor, a static correction is administered by the contacts. The anti-bark collar starts at the lowest correction level and gradually increases up to the sixth stimulation level each time your dog barks within 30 seconds of the previous bark. If your dog does not bark within 30 seconds following the first bark, the anti-bark collar automatically resets to the lowest correction level. A sound signal is emitted each time a static correction is sent. As a safety measure, if your dog barks 15 times or more within a 50-second period, the anti-bark collar turns off for 3 minutes.
