PROFESSIONAL RESCUE KNIFE ESP RK-01-S
Developed by the renowned brand ESP at the express request of law enforcement and intervention units, this universal rescue knife establishes itself as a top-tier tactical tool for everyday use. Specially crafted for first responders, police officers, military personnel and firefighters, its unique patented design gathers all the essential functions to extract oneself or rescue a victim from a critical situation. Combining compactness and high technicality, it ensures an immediate grip and instinctive deployment under stress.

The 100 mm blade is forged from a high-grade AUS-8 steel, known for its edge retention and toughness, and benefits from a matte titanium-gray finish obtained by a PVD surface treatment that is ultra-resistant to wear and corrosion. Its cutting profile is mixed (50% plain, 50% serrated/dented), allowing it to cut both soft materials and thick ropes. The ergonomic handle is injection-molded in polyamide PA66 with textured non-slip grip. It incorporates a liner-lock (« safeguard ») type locking mechanism that is extremely reliable, as well as an innovative belt clip, partially embedded and reversible to perfectly fit both left- and right-handed users.

EXTERNAL RESCUE FEATURES :
• Emergency glass breaker: Located at the end of the handle, it integrates an ultra-impacting tip in tungsten carbide capable of instantly shattering any automotive glass with a light strike.
• Seatbelt cutter & safety hook: A specially angled blade is subtly housed in the heel of the knife. Its curved profile allows instant and risk-free cutting of seat belts, protective clothing of the injured or disposable plastic handcuffs (ESP textile/plastic ties).
