The V-Sharp A4 Elite sharpener is the only knife sharpener that maintains the same angle on both sides of the knife over time. Thanks to the constant angle, the knife is sharpened evenly. The 4 different angles allow for different types of sharpness:

15 ° for Japanese knives – 20 ° for fillet knife, paring knife or razor (blades that need to be sharpened often – > very sharp, do not last long ) – 25 ° for kitchen knives, hunting knives, pocket knives (blades that need to be less sharpened – > Good edge, lasts longer) – 30 ° for cleaver, survival knives or blades for wood, cardboard, ropes (blades that need to be sharpened very rarely – > FE, last a very long time ).
