3-hole steel plate for passing onions and fat, for electric meat grinder No. 22. Perforated 3-hole plate with a retaining notch for meat grinder No.22. The 3 holes allow you to pass fat for your preparations; you can also pass onions through them. This plate is made of steel, which gives it a clean cut. After using it, clean the plate then dry it immediately before storing it in greaseproof paper or in absorbent paper soaked in fat. The central shaft hole measures 11,2 mm.
