the fieldscope prostaff 5 are the entry-level fieldscope models from nikon and the successors to the ra iii series. the fieldscope prostaff 5 (body only) are about 20 % lighter than the current ra iii models. the new zoom eyepiece minimizes chromatic aberrations at the edge of the field of view, and offers a long eye relief for comfortable viewing.
