When designing the new TSN 88 Prominar series, Kowa went back to its roots in optical design. Paths that made Kowa one of the most popular spotting scope manufacturers in the world. Kowa's engineers have improved the optical coatings applied not only to the lenses but also to the prism of the new Kowa TSN 88 Prominar spotting scopes. DOUBLE FOCUS DIAL
The double focus dial mechanism allows precise control of the image. The rapid focus provides quick action to bring out the details of your subject in a few turns, while the fine focus allows fingertip precision control for unparalleled focusing accuracy.
DURABLE, LIGHTWEIGHT AND PORTABLE
The TSN 88 Prominar now benefits from a 100% magnesium alloy body, making it not only more robust but also lighter than its predecessor. A fully waterproof, nitrogen-sealed housing, along with an improved Kowa KR coating applied to the objective lens that prevents dirt, moisture and dust from accumulating on the surface, give the scope reassuring durability.

The improved coatings further enhance digiscoping performance, even at the highest magnification levels, producing images that were previously achievable only with high-end DSLR systems. DOUBLE TRIPOD MOUNT
A new double tripod mounting system prevents the scope from sliding or rotating on the tripod shoe, ensuring increased stability during long periods of use. This system is a game changer for optimal convenience and handling in the field.
FINDER SIGHT
