The ED lenses of the objective will help reduce chromatic aberrations, for accurate color reproduction and increased resolution and contrast.

XLT coating (fully multi-coated optics). The XLT treatment will maximize light transmission through the optical path for brighter images and an increase in resolution and contrast. The Regal M2 100 ED spotting scope features BaK4 prisms.

The 22-67x zoom eyepiece features adjustable magnification, offering a wide field for general observation or detailed viewing when necessary. The twist-up eyecup will allow proper positioning of the user's eye for comfortable viewing with or without glasses.

The standard 31.75mm sliding thread allows the mounting of various astronomy eyepieces.

A T-adapter is included to facilitate mounting 35mm digital SLR cameras.

The sliding dew shield features a sighting line; it blocks direct light rays and helps protect the objective from moisture. The sighting line will help you easily find the subject you wish to observe.
