product details receiver - portable device for dog gps x30 the dog gps x30/x30t is a device that allows you to locate your dogs up to 20 km away. it consists of a transmitter attached to the dog's collar and a fluorescent orange portable receiver, allowing the owner to track the dog's distance and direction. the transmitter obtains its position from gps satellites and uses a radiofrequency (rf) signal to transmit location information to the owner's receiver. the transmitters can include a training module (x30t kit), which allows sending a stimulation pulse from the receiver up to a distance of 20 km.
the receiver can be connected to an android or ios mobile phone. the app lets you view all paired dog gps units and their detailed information on a map. maps are available online and offline.
the receiver screen can also be used to monitor rf signal strength, gps position accuracy, and the battery status of the transmitter and receiver.
the dog gps x30t also has additional functions: compass, acoustic fence, which notifies you if your dog exceeds the distance defined relative to the receiver. it also has a beeper function that allows you to easily determine if your dog is moving or standing. the receiver allows you to record your current position and navigate to that position (waypoint function).
