the knots of the long line contain an elastic part that acts as a shock absorber and a strap that surrounds it. we therefore advise you not to undo them intentionally: this will not be considered in the context of a warranty claim.

if the knot is undone, the long line loses its initial elasticity. you will then need to slide the elastic inside the strap and retie the knot to its original position.

technical characteristics :
• spring: the longe one is equipped with a tubular strap fitted with a round shock absorber of optimal hardness, allowing its use for dogs over 15 kg. this damping system allows control of the dog's jerks.
• carabiner: the longe one is equipped with a light and sturdy aluminum carabiner.
• good to know: the knots of i-dog cords contain an elastic acting as a spring and a strap that surrounds it. if the knot comes undone, the cord loses its initial elasticity. you must then slide the elastic inside the strap and retie the knot in its original place.
