Good to know
The knots of the long line contain an elastic part that acts as a shock absorber and a strap that surrounds it. We therefore advise you not to undo them deliberately: this will not be covered under a warranty claim.

If the knot comes undone, the long line loses its original elasticity. You will then need to slide the elastic inside the strap and re-tie the knot to its original position.

Technical characteristics:
• Shock absorber: the ONE long line is fitted with a tubular strap featuring a round shock absorber with optimal firmness, allowing its use for dogs over 15 kg. This damping system helps control the dog's sudden pulls.
• Carabiner: The Longe One is equipped with a lightweight and sturdy aluminum carabiner.
• Good to know: the knots of the I-DOG cords contain an elastic that acts as a spring and a strap that surrounds it. If the knot comes undone, the cord loses its initial elasticity. You must then slide the elastic inside the strap and tie the knot back in its original place.
• Weight: The Longe One weighs 132 grams.
