The Nydala Insulation Wool parka is a quiet, windproof jacket in a soft wool blend. This material is beneficial because the wool fibres provide warmth even when damp and are self-cleaning. The jacket is very warm with double layers of insulation. The first layer consists of Thermolite® EcoMade T-Down filling in 100 % recycled polyester made from PET bottles. The second layer is a fine Thermolite® padding of 35 % recycled polyester and 65 % polyester. There is a detachable hood with a reinforced visor that can be easily adjusted with a strap. The waist, hem and cuffs can also be adjusted with straps and tabs.
Inside the arms you will find inner cuffs with thumb holes to prevent cold from entering the sleeves. An additional orange collar is added for visibility, but it can easily be tucked away for a more subtle appearance. A pocket with an integrated reflective strip is included among the safety features. The jacket closes with a two-way zipper that opens from both sides and a button placket with magnetic buttons.
Several pockets are provided, such as two large front pockets, hand-warming pockets with fleece lining, two chest pockets with openings for radio antennas, a game pocket and two inner pockets. This jacket has attractive synthetic suede leather details and pairs easily with a wide range of trousers from the Pinewood collection.
