Arxus Primo Nord Air is a boot that offers a high level of walking comfort emphasising the minimisation of condensation inside the boot. This model features a specially developed "air-feed" system. The lining is 1.5mm thick and is above the "intermediate layer" of the textile brush that contains air cells.

Below is another insulating layer of 3mm neoprene. During the use of the boot, if condensation develops, it rises inside the boot within the air cells and escapes from the top of the boot shaft, thus producing an effective "chimney" effect. This "air-feed" lining system reduces condensation inside the shoe by about 40% compared to a neoprene lining, and with a drier interior the insulation is very effective against the cold. A removable anatomical EVA insole lined with felt increases insulation against the cold ground. To prevent tearing of the lining, Primo Nord Air is equipped with an essential leather reinforcement at the heel inside the boot.

The high grip Arxus X-pattern sole is constructed in three technical layers that offer exceptional comfort, correct support and extreme grip thanks to our unique cleat system.

Primo Nord Air has a rubber thickness of 2.0mm, providing excellent protection against sharp objects on the ground. Primo Nord Air is rated for -15°C. A sturdy Riri zipper along the outside of the boot shaft allows more space for the calf if needed.
