ATEX DUAL-LIGHT FLASHLIGHT WITH NIGHTSTICK XPP-5414GX-K01 120-LUMEN HELMET KIT - BAYCO
Whether for a nighttime search in a sensitive environment, a complex industrial intervention or moving through confined high-risk areas, safety should never be left to chance. Designed for professionals and the most demanding users working in potentially explosive environments, the intrinsically safe Nightstick XPP-5414GX-K01 flashlight from Bayco is positioned as the ultimate trusted tool. It benefits from the highest international safety certifications, including ATEX Zone 0, IECEx and Class I Div 1, ensuring spark-free use in environments saturated with flammable gases or dust.

Despite its high level of protection, this flashlight makes no compromises on optical performance. Thanks to the exclusive Dual-Light™ technology, it intelligently combines a long-range focused beam (Spot) of 120 lumens for distance identification with a wide close-range beam (Flood) to illuminate your immediate work area. Simultaneous activation of these two light sources delivers optimal output, illuminating both your path and distant obstacles up to a maximum range of 111 meters with an intensity of 3100 candelas. Its advanced energy management provides remarkable runtime of up to 24 hours of continuous operation.

In terms of ergonomics and integration, this complete kit has been designed to offer maximum versatility in the field. It includes the premium multi-angle helmet mount NS-HMC7, compatible with almost all helmets on the market (allowing secure attachment above or below the visor), as well as a reversible pocket clip. For precise stationary work, the flashlight incorporates an ultra-powerful rear magnet at the base for instant attachment to any metal surface, completely freeing your hands during interventions.

The durability of the XPP-5414GX-K01 is certified to withstand the most aggressive conditions. Its compact 159 mm housing is entirely molded from reinforced engineering polymer, providing an impenetrable barrier against extreme heat, repeated impacts and corrosive chemicals. Certified IP67, it guarantees complete protection against dust and water (temporary immersion to a depth of up to 1 meter). Its reinforced structure also provides resistance to drops from a height of 2 meters. Very lightweight at only 116 g, it is powered simply by two AA batteries (not included).

Our experts' advice: This ATEX lighting kit is the ideal choice for moving through dense undergrowth, cave searches or damp nighttime worksites. For optimal movement safety, we recommend activating Dual-Light™ mode simultaneously: the 111-meter spot beam will help you anticipate distant terrain, while the flood beam will perfectly illuminate the ground in front of you to prevent falls. When mounting it on a helmet with the included multi-angle NS-HMC7 mount, make sure to tighten the mounting screw properly to prevent branches from changing the orientation of your 120-lumen light during fast movements.
