Finding the right size : Stand up straight, then using a tailor's measuring tape, measure the circumference of the widest part of your chest by wrapping it around your torso, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. This chest measurement will determine your size. It is recommended to add 2,5 cm (1 inch) if you are wearing heavy layers.
Standard : from 58 cm to 107 cm (23" to 42")
How to adjust the harness : Start by loosening the harness straps before putting it on. Then tighten the straps around the body, and adjust the shoulder straps. The harness should fit snugly to the body: secure but not overly tight. The shoulder straps should remain comfortable, and the padded section should rest fully on your shoulders without digging in. Tuck excess strap into the elastic keepers provided.
