Capture all your adventures:
You can now record your whole experience in the COROS app with the Adventure Journal, so you can relive the places, encounters, thoughts and moments that matter most to you.

Record voice notes with ease:
Press the action button to record voice notes directly on your watch. Your audio notes stay pinned to your route in the COROS app, allowing you to capture moments that only words can describe.

Saved locations, available whenever you need them:
Drop a pin on your watch or in the app: campsites, water sources, fishing spots and more. Anything you save on your watch is automatically synced with the COROS app, and vice versa.

Bring your adventures to life with photos and videos:
Take photos and videos in the COROS app or upload them later from your phone. Each photo/video will be added to your adventure journal, along with saved locations and voice notes.

Tell your story, not just your stats:
Share your activities with photos, stats, voice notes and a route overview so your loved ones can see, celebrate and remember every adventure with you.

Smarter at every fork in the road:
Find your way without taking risks.

Safety alerts*:
Send your location to your emergency contacts at the touch of a button, so your loved ones always know where you are if something goes wrong.
*A mobile phone connection is required.

Moon phases and tide data:
Check moon phases and tide data to stay informed, wherever you are.

Ultra-simple navigation:
Free global maps with street names help you stay on track anywhere in the world. Our latest processor lets you zoom in and scroll through new areas in real time, directly from your wrist.

Find your way back:
The Back to Start function helps you retrace exactly the route you took on the way out. No preloaded route needed.

Stay one step ahead of the weather:
Check the temperature, humidity, wind speed, sunrise and sunset times, and atmospheric pressure in real time, directly from your wrist.

An advantage for every kind of angler:
The difference between "blanking" and "finding a great fishing spot" is knowing what works and when. Built-in weather forecasts, moon phases and tide data give you real-time information, while saved locations and voice notes let you create a fishing journal that you'll always have with you.
• Check the weather forecast
• Record every catch
• Fish at the best time
• Track the moon
• Save your favourite spots
• Measure what works
• Use real-time weather to plan your session, stay safe and fish when conditions are favourable.
• Keep a record of your best days by logging every catch directly from your watch to spot trends and create your own guide.
• Predict the best times to fish using real-time environmental data.
• Moon phases help you know when fish are most likely to bite, depending on the moon.
• Add markers with waypoints and marking to easily find fish-holding areas

Where your adventure comes to life.
The COROS app doesn't just sync your watch activities; it's where your adventure comes to life.

Activity summary:
View detailed data about your activities, such as pace, cadence, heart rate, elevation graphs, 3D maps and much more.

View your photos/videos:
See where your photos and videos were taken, directly on your GPS track in the app, to reminisce about your adventures or save a spot for your next trip.

Activity flyover:
Relive your outing with the activity flyover feature, which takes you through every step of your adventure, where you went, what you said and what you saw.

Explore further:
Whether you're climbing to altitude, crossing rapids or racing down narrow trails, each of the 40+ sports modes has been specially designed. Each has its own data fields, so you get the right information at the right time.

Low light, total clarity:
Night mode lets you see your screen in the dark without draining your battery. It's made for early risers and night owls alike.

Get to know your body:
Your recovery is just as important as your adventures.

Sleep
Proper rest means proper recovery. Track each of your sleep stages and your sleep quality to see whether you're recovering well between outings.

SpO2
SpO2 helps you understand how your body responds to altitude: measuring your blood oxygen level helps you spot drops in oxygen before they slow you down.

Resting heart rate
A change in your resting heart rate can alert you to fatigue before you even feel it.

Daily stress
Long hikes, poor sleep, tough days... COROS records it all so you know when your body needs a break.

Health overview
Get a quick overview of your physical condition: respiratory rate, HRV, SpO2 and more.

Recovery
Estimate how long you need to recover after each training session so you can train more intelligently and avoid overtraining.

The COROS training system
Get ready for long days in the mountains with practical information based on detailed measurements of your fitness.

Training load:
Training load shows you how intense an activity was based on its duration and intensity. The higher the number, the harder the training.

Fitness level shows you whether you're ready for more intense training by tracking your training load over the last 42 days (with more weight given to recent activities).

Training level shows you how your recent training affects your body by tracking your long-term fitness, the impact of your short-term training and the intensity of your efforts compared with usual.

The recovery timer helps you train more intelligently by telling you when to rest, slow down or speed up

Sync, connect and control:

Easily connect to apps such as Strava and Apple Health, receive call and text notifications, and control your camera, all from your watch.
