How does the Canifugue dog containment fence work?
You define the dog's freedom area by installing a wire, called the boundary wire, around the permitted perimeter. This wire is traversed by a radio signal produced by a transmitter unit.

When your dog, equipped with a receiver collar, approaches the boundary wire, it is warned by audible warnings that it is too close to a forbidden zone.

If it continues to approach the wire, the collar emits static stimulations in addition to the audible warnings.

Your dog must move away from the wire and return to the authorized area to stop the audible warnings and the static stimulations.
