For optimal performance, leave the internal cells or 18650 batteries inside your hunting camera when you plug in the PowerPack. The camera will use the external battery's power first and will automatically switch to its internal power if the external pack is depleted after several months of intensive use. When installing, always orient the cable outlet downward to create a natural drip loop, preventing rainwater from running directly along the cord to the connectors.
