The integrated CRYPTALLOY® foil blocks radio waves, thus preventing data stored on electronic devices from being read inadvertently.

With the CRYPTALLOY® foil, Tatonka uses a film that offers maximal shielding against the relevant frequencies (from 100 kHz to 4 GHz; this means a range of low, high and ultra-high frequencies) and, due to a frequency shift, disrupts any radio communication. This has been tested and certified by TÜV Saarland.

As the manufacturer 'Kryptonic Technologies' has confirmed the required processing of the foil in all Tatonka RIFD products.
