The TT Medical Mascal Pack (Mass Casualty) is a specialized backpack designed for the triage and initial treatment of multiple casualties simultaneously. Its unique design allows for ultra-fast distribution of first aid supplies when individual resources are no longer sufficient.

EXTERNAL ORGANIZATION AND QUICK ACCESS
The distinguishing feature of this bag is its front panel equipped with four removable IFAK pouches. Thanks to the "Molle Sticks" system, these pouches can be detached with a quick motion to be distributed to casualties or responders. The sides are fitted with MOLLE Lasercut for increased modularity without unnecessary bulk.
